BRANX was an exploration of dive bar meets residential. With subterranean commercial spaces, commercial spaces elevated above street level and a variety of apartments types embedded behind a sculptural screen wall of brick and expressed pressed metal portals.
Inspired in part by a contextural reimagining of Braddon, as well as precedents such as New Yorks’s Dream Downtown Hotel and even our little Curtin Conservatory project
