Del-Rey was conceived as homage to Art Deco apartment buildings of yesteryear; with inset balconies, rounded corners, and an emphasis on horizontal glazing and building lines. We designed with generous foyers and circulation areas in mind, rooftop terraces for resident get together’s and courtyard gardens.
The apartments are designed to be light filled, liveable, and enjoy views over park land or out towards Holdens Lake, the building benefits from its spectacular location within the suburb of Coombs and as the last piece of the puzzle completes its immediate context.
Del-Rey is what apartment living should be about, great amenity in a great location, in a great building.
