This project is a landmark project on Lonsdale Street, Braddon and includes 25 boutique apartments and 500 sqm of commercial space. Key design elements include a laneway and arcade, first floor terrace including retail uses. Nibu has a striking gold geometric facade in front of a floor to ceiling curtain wall glazing system.
