This project will be a landmark project for Lonsdale Street and Canberra and includes 85 boutique apartments and 3500 sq.m of commercial space. Key design elements include a laneway and arcade, first floor terraces including bar, restaurant and retail uses and a basement bar. Nibu has a striking gold geometric facade in front of a floor to ceiling curtain wall glazing system. The project also features steel blades, precast and insitu concrete walls as well as timber, greenwall and zinc accents.
