Conceived as three buildings unified by a common podium, Sierra, also explores a live/work typology new in Canberra, with Hybrid spaces related to this podium that can function as either residential or commercial. this approach reflects the new ways we have come to understand working and living in contemporary society, where the side hustle becomes the business and where living and working in the same place has becoem the new norm.
