The vision for Zambrero Fresh Mex Grill is of a hip, lively, and young cafe restaurant. We have undertaken projects for Zambrero in Canberra City, Belconnen, Rundle St, SA and Oxford St, Sydney.
The restaurant has been organised by the insertion of a servery pod within the heritage space.
This servery pod houses the assembly area, taking the customer on a journey of food preparation. A backlit, laser cut, veneer feature wall serves as a backdrop and attractor with a suspended signage lightbox hiding required services.
